2. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations. Failure to honour a reservation without 4 hours notice may affect future bookings. Omakase sessions require 24 hours cancellation notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hakoma Sushi and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce any content without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hakoma Sushi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
